Resumen

El presente artículo, sin pretender agotar la materia y desde una perspectiva general, tiene como propósito exponer una teoría jurídica sobre los bonos en su condición de títulos valores a partir de la normatividad del sector financiero, asegurador y del mercado de valores.

This paper, without pretending to exhaust the subject and from a general perspective, has the goal of presenting a legal theory about bonds as negotiable instruments pursuant to the Financial, Insurance and Securities Market regulations.
